Another great day for a photo shoot!  The sun was shining and for October...it was downright balmy!  Rachel & I found some beautiful shots to feature her quiet personality.  She has a rocker side though and is a very talented singer & songwriter as well as playing guitar & piano!

Magda & Gabe's Day At The Beach

September 9, 2012 started out with warm winds (okay it was downright blustery!) greeting me as I waited excitedly at Thomas Point Beach for a fabulous twosome to join me.  We were getting together for a maternity session to celebrate the upcoming arrival of a sweet little girl in two more weeks.  The people joining me weren't the typical couple you'd expect for this kind of shoot.  We were having a Mom & Son day before little sister arrived :)

We spent our day looking at horseshoe crabs and playing with hermit crabs too!  

 In true Maine style, we looked upon the men clamming in the mud at low tide while Gabe chased seagulls and built sand castles with moats!

We found a quiet spot to read a story

     Its a day I'll remember and cherish...I think they will too :)

New Studio!!

Hello to all my Bug friends! 

I'm so excited to share my big news!!  As many of you know, my husband and I own Music & Moore in Topsham and through the years I have carved out a little space here to cultivate my passion for photography into a business!  Well, our landlord here at The Topsham Fair Mall has decided that money is his priority and has jacked up our rent to the point where we can no longer stay....BOOOOO!

However! What would look like a set back to others is only a set UP for us!  We are relocating to Cooks Corner in Brunswick to the old Party Plan-It spot right by Walmart.  We will be between The Dancing Bear & Jam Audio! 

Our new home will also have a fantastic space for an official 

Shuttah Bug Photography Studio!  

Plans are to have our Grand Re-Opening at the beginning of Nov.  We are in the beginning of some building to customize the space but the ball is in motion so stay tuned!!  Keep following my blog for updates and pictures (of course) of all our progress!

We are so excited to be re-inventing and bringing even more to our loyal customers!

Papa's Birthday Picnic

A Day At The Beach - July 15,  2012

One of the nice things about having a birthday in the summer is being able to spend it getting sand between our toes, eating sandwiches and having fresh fruit dripping down our chins!  Papa (aka: Larry) has his birthday in July and his favorite way to spend it is heading down to Reid State Park (also where we got married) to spend with our kids and grandkids :)  

Of course its my favorite time to snap some shots of the people I love most!!

Audrey's Senior Photo Session

Had a great time hanging out and taking senior photos with Ms. Audrey!  We explored the Mid Coast and even made a couple of new friends!  As well as being absolutely gorgeous, Audrey was a pleasure to work with and editing such a beautiful girl didn't take much effort on my part!  The camera LOVES her!
